Could Bubba's new Library Mansion be deemed to "Advantage Arkansans"?..

    A program designed to "Advantage Arkansans"* 
    rejected** requests to show Bubba compassion
    by letting him pluck
    a few million bucks
    in tax-credit funds for his Library Mansion.

    Bill's knowledge such credits were not for non-profits
    but solely for businesses striving for profits
    reveals to us why
    he chose to apply--
    His Library's funded from pardons for profits.

    Despite profits earned by his Library
    the bureaucrats ruled to the contrary,
    but maybe they would,
    and surely they should,
    give credits for building a Liebrary.*** .

Inspired by the May 29, 2002, report (see ** below) that Arkansas' "Advantage Arkansas" tax-credit program denied the application by the Clinton Library aka Clinton Presidential Center for millions of dollars in tax credits designed exclusively to encourage for-profit businesses rather than foundations or other non-profit organizations. --Jim Wrenn, Editor@PoliSat.Com...
